In 2014 our Australia Council for the Arts decommissioned it's research library, including a vast ephemera collection of exhibition booklets, posters and anthologies, which has ended up at Frontyard in Marrickville. Join us in sifting through this treasure trove at Volume 2017 and together we'll make a new open catalogue to bring our library back to life!

Frontyard is a Not-Only-Artist Run Initiative currently configured as a pro-active, multi-purpose space where people come together for practical skills-sharing, critical research and survival tips. Frontyard houses an open, non-lending library founded on our decommissioned Australia Council research library.
